Laughter Yoga is a unique experience where a group of people gather together and have heartfelt fun. Not only is it a good way to meet new people, it is a different social setting, and you do not need humour, jokes, or comedy.

Research shows that laughter boosts the release of endorphins, promoting mood balance. It also increases oxygen flow to the body and brain, enhancing immune function and reducing stress.

Laughter Yoga involves laughter that is naturally encouraged by laughter exercises, including warm-ups.

If you want to try but are not convinced, why not try a taster session?

A session involves a gentle warm-up, then a transition into laughter exercises, and towards the end of the session we slow down and release any laughter and end with a short meditation.
